Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print given in the policy before buying it. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
If the customer receives any product which fulfills the below-mentioned criterion, the customer is eligible for return/exchange. Though the final decision for change/return is solely reserved by Pluskart.in. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

• If the product is used.
• The product is physically / in transit damaged.
• If pages of books are not in sequence.
• The product’s original packaging/box is damaged.
• Missing an empty packet or some items
• There is a significant difference in the Pluskart.in website compared to the product. (Excluding the outer body color of the product)

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
